Web Hosting
Our web hosting plans are best suited for people who don't want to get involved in the technical side of their Concrete5 or ConcreteCMS website and just want it to work consistently without fear of hacking/crashing or downtime.
Most sites perform very well using just the standard plan, but if you have a web site that makes a large number of database calls or you've noticed speed issues with page load times, then you may want to consider the Performance plan.
Managed Server
A managed server is better suited to high performance sites with heavy customisation or unusual configurations and integrations. It means you can try out more complex configurations without needing to have a full time systems administrator on staff. It is also great if you require direct access to the file system via FTP/SSH access. You have complete control of the server but if you are not technical, you can ask Datasouth to handle the techy stuff and advise on security.
